At OnTheList Private Sales 2, we strive to provide the best value in luxury fashion; however, due to the exclusive nature of our flash sales, all returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt in original condition.
Initiate Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the packing slip is included inside the box.
Affix Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
